Interagency Consulting Services
As part of our commitment to strengthening nonprofit agencies in Cabarrus County, the Greater Cabarrus Foundation offers specialized Interagency Consulting Services designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and impact. Agencies can benefit from two forms of free consulting.
Organizational Review Consultation
Cabarrus County agencies are eligible for a complimentary one-day organizational review conducted by a team consisting of a board member and an executive leader from another agency, alongside a Foundation staff member or volunteer. This collaborative assessment provides valuable insights and recommendations to improve governance, operations, and strategic direction.
The agency will receive feedback on five organizational strengths, five opportunities for improvement, five recommendations for short-term low-cost initiatives, and five recommendations for longer-term strategic initiatives which may require resources.
