The Greater Cabarrus Foundation is dedicated to fostering the growth and success of nonprofit agencies in Cabarrus County through our Agency Professional Development Support. First, through our partnership with Cooperative Christian Ministries, we will provide financial support to sponsor the Annual Nonprofit Workshop, a cornerstone event for local agencies which offers valuable training, networking opportunities, and resources to enhance organizational capacity and effectiveness.

In addition, we will prioritize the ongoing professional development of nonprofit professionals through targeted quarterly professional development workshops. Once every three months, we sponsor a single topic workshop focusing on one area of nonprofit administration followed by an opportunity for fellowship and networking. By investing in the skills and capacity of agency staff, we empower them to innovate, collaborate, and address community needs with greater impact and efficiency. Together, we strive to build a resilient nonprofit sector that drives positive change and improves the quality of life for all residents of Cabarrus County.
